How much money do I earn for generating sales through my links?
You earn referral fees when a visitor follows a link from your website to Kolbe.com and makes a purchase. You can earn up to 8% in commission. As a reminder, fees are only distributed on items that are purchased from the KAP link from your website to Kolbe.com's website during a session. Fees are not earned if a user returns to Kolbe.com at a later time without following your affiliate link.

When and how do I get paid?
We will pay you referral fees on a quarterly basis. Approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter, we will send you a check for the referral fees earned.

When does the quarter end?
Referral fees are disbursed approximately 30 days after the end of the quarter for which they are being paid.

Do you notify the IRS of the referral fees I earn?
If you earn more than $600.00 in a calendar year, we are legally required to file a 1099 form with the IRS, naming the payee as a contractor who has received a taxable amount of income from KAP.

How many items should I feature?
How many items you choose to feature is entirely up to you and should be based on your website content, users and traffic. Research indicates that a few well-recommended items are more successful than linking to a long list of items. With Kolbe.com's mix of products from books to cassettes to the ability to take real-time Kolbe Indexes, you have a number of options that will complement your website content and services.

Can you recommend ways to increase referral fees?
KAP will offer updates with site news, product information, special offers and tips to increase traffic and drive sales.

How can I attract return visitors to my Web site?
The service and content that you offer your visitors in combination with KAP will provide those most return in visitors. Keeping your content and products relevant makes all the difference.

How many links can I put up on my site?
The amount of links you elect to place on your website is at the owner's discretion. Linking to various sections of Kolbe.com may require additional links as well as if you elect to place a text vs. graphical link and/or different size graphical links.

Does KAP link back to my Web site?
We currently do not offer reciprocal links to our affiliate's websites.

How will KAP communicate with me?
Occasionally you will receive emails that offers update with site news, product information, tips, etc as well as any upgrades or changes to the KAP.

When communicating with others how can I identify myself as a member of KAP?
Your communication must clearly and accurately describe the nature of your participation in KAP and must not create confusion or misrepresent the nature of your participation in KAP. You may describe yourself as a member or participant in the Kolbe Affiliate Program (KAP).

How do I change my account information?You may modify your account information online ONLY if you are logged into the Affiliate Manager. Once logged into the manager, there should be a "Edit Account Info" link in the left column.
