As Vice President of Training and Consulting, Nikolee Turner is responsible for all of the innovative, high-quality training programs that Kolbe Corp provides for both professionals and individuals. She oversees all aspects of consulting while also serving as a Kolbe Senior Master Consultant herself. Nikolee works with entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes, as well as all of the Kolbe Certified™ Consultants, to leverage the Kolbe Wisdom™ to maximize human capital and further Kolbe's mission.

Nikolee wears many hats and leverages her past government and instructional design experience, as well as her experience as the Director of Operations for Kolbe Corp. Her knowledge of conation and training also play a key role in product development. Since coming to Kolbe in 2005, Nikolee has helped develop and launch many key Kolbe products and training initiatives, including the redesign of the Kolbe A™ Index Result, the redesign of KolbeCore® Software suite, and several of our diagnostic reports.

Before coming to Kolbe Corp, Nikolee spent eight years working for the Arizona government in a variety of capacities. One of which was the Arizona Supreme Court, where she wrote and delivered training and educational curricula, implemented key operational improvements for statewide services, and managed the development and state-wide implementation of new software. She is passionate about progressive legislation and innovative programs for the disadvantaged.

A native of Minnesota, Nikolee has a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from St. Cloud State University. She also earned a Master of Education degree from Northern Arizona University, a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and is a Certified Instructional Designer.

In her spare time, Nikolee is a closet inventor and has a few new innovative consumer products up her sleeve. She also enjoys hiking, baking and spending time with her husband Mark and their two daughters.
