As Director of Operations, Nikolee Turner is responsible for meeting Kolbe’s project and program commitments. She manages the company’s product development strategies, formulates internal and external policies, and oversees customer service and vendor relations. Since coming to Kolbe in 2005, Nikolee has helped develop and launch many key Kolbe products.

As a Kolbe Master Consultant, Nikolee helps entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes leverage the Kolbe Wisdom™ to maximize human capital.

Prior to Kolbe, Nikolee spent eight years working for the Arizona government in a variety of capacities. She worked for the Arizona Supreme Court, where she wrote and delivered training and educational curricula, and implemented key operational improvements for statewide services.

A native of Minnesota, Nikolee has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from St. Cloud State University. She also earned a Master of Education degree from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Nikolee and her husband Mark have one daughter.
