What should I do if the payment does not go through?

Call (602) 840-9770 to pay for the Index, which will allow you to obtain access to the results. Please have your credit card, the name of the person who completed the Index, and the username.
How do I verify that you received my payment?

You should be able to access your results if the payment went through. If you are not able to access your results, call (602) 840-9770 for assistance. If the payment did not go through, we can take care of your payment over the phone, and we will then provide access to your results.
How do I get back to that screen to resend the payment?

Simply find the BACK button on the browser at the top left corner of the screen. (pressing the Backspace Key might work, along with going to the GO drop down menu and selecting BACK, alt+. Re-enter the information carefully and try to Process Payment again. If you continue to have problems, call (602) 840-9770 for assistance.
Should I take the Index again if my payment did not go through for some reason?

No, there is no need to go through the Index for a second time. Once you have gotten to the payment screen, the Index information has been saved. If your payment did not go through, you will need to call (602) 840-9770 to pay for the Index, which will then allow you to obtain access to the results.
How do I view my results after taking the Kolbe Index?

to view the results of the Index, go to the main page, www.kolbe.com, look in the navigation bar for "user login" . Then enter in your Username and Password. If you continue to have problems, email info@kolbe.com for assistance.
I have just completed the Kolbe Index. How long will the results be available online through your site?

We guarantee the results will be available for a year, however, there is every possibility that it will be longer than that.
How can I capture my Kolbe Index results?

To save the results, you must be using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with your Index results on the screen.
  1. Click File in the upper left corner of the browser. (Note: Make sure your complete Index result has downloaded before beginning this process).
  2. Click Save As
  3. A screen titled "Save Web Page" will appear. In the box labeled Saved in select the file on your computer where you would like to save your results. If you choose Desktop, the results will be saved on your desktop. Write down the location you choose.
  4. Further down this same screen is a box labeled File Name. The name of the Kolbe Index you are trying to save will be in the File Name box, or you can type another name for the file.
  5. The next box is labeled Save as type. Use the arrow on the right side of the box to find and select "Web Archive, single file (*.mht)".
  6. Click Save to save the Kolbe Index result.

How can I email my Kolbe Index results?

Save the results first (please refer to How can I capture my Kolbe Index results?)
Email the results, open your email application and attach the saved file to the email.
For MS Outlook, open the email program and start a new message. Choose to add an attachment to the message and select the location and desired file name.
Important: Consider copying the following text and then paste it in the email:
