  • Reduce conflicts at home and school — when a child's natural approach differs from expectations.
  • Encourage kids to self-manage their conative abilities, taking control of their own academic and social success.
  • Design a "Conasium™" environment — which is to the mind what a gymnasium is to the body.
  • Evaluate school and community programs for their appropriateness for a specific child's needs.
  • Compare the differences between ADD/ADHD behaviors and often-misunderstood conative strengths.
  • Differentiate between arrogant behaviors and constructive self-esteem – and direct kids toward confident humility.
  • Teach kids to evaluate options and make choices based upon awareness of what helps and hinders their personal progress

  • Engender creative problem solving in a paint-by-number world.

In addition, participants will use a child's Kolbe Youth™ Index result as a guideline for selecting and sharing Conables® Tricks that can be adapted for individual kids and classrooms.
