Developing the abilities of
Perfectly Capable Kids
Perfectly Capable Kids is a one-day session jam-packed with unique strategies
for igniting the capabilities of kids from 2 to 15. It's sponsored by
The Center for Conative Research, a not-for-profit foundation. Participants will learn techniques to bring out the best in kids and help
them self-manage their mental energy.
Parents * Teachers * Child Psychologists * Child Advocates
will gain expertise in guiding kids to successful use of their Natural Advantage™.
This is a place for those special people who relieve youngsters of frustrations,
self-doubt, and missed opportunities.
Topics Include
- Explaining to others the needs tied to a child's instinctive talents.
- Preventing frustration for the child - and others - when how things are supposed to be done doesn't work well for the child.
- Dealing with conflicts in the home and classroom - when a child's natural approach differs from the expectations of a parent or teacher
- Converting natural abilities into academic, social, and emotional strengths.
- Giving appropriate freedom to act on instinct.
- Designing a "Conasium" environment - which is to the mind what a gymnasium is to the body.

What Others are Saying
"I want to thank Kolbe Corp and the Center for Conative Research for the BEST training I have ever received.
As a person who has been in education for my entire life and someone who has attended literally hundreds of training sessions,
I believe my above comment should carry some credibility."
-- Diane DeBacker, Ed.D. Kansas State Department of Education
"I found great validation in who I am instinctively when I reviewed my Kolbe results. It immediately showed me why I was
labeled a misfit...in school. If I had taken the Kolbe Index at a young age, I might have been able to avoid, or at least better understand,
many of the problems I encountered in school."
-- Robert Kiyosaki, #1 Best Selling Author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad; Rich Kid, Smart Kid; and Cash Flow Quadrant
