Implementor Action Mode is based on the instinctive need to demonstrate. The Implementor mode relates to the way we seek tangible solutions. Implementor is most oriented to such acts as building, crafting, forming, and repairing.
Kolbe Zones of Operation in each Action Mode Initiate/Insist How you will act. Initiate or Insist is the extent to which you actively insist upon, rely upon or begin problem solving by using a striving instinct. Respond/Accommodate How you are willing to act. Respond or Accommodate is the extent to which you accommodate, mediate or cooperate through the use of a striving instinct. Prevent/Resist How you won't act. Prevent or Resist is the extent to which you prevent problems by resisting action through a striving action. |
