Quick Start Action Mode is based on the instinctive need to innovate. Quick Start behavior is how we deal with the uncertainties. Quick Start drive is most oriented to activities that involve brainstorming, intuiting, inventing, and risk taking.




An Insistent Quick Start will: An Accommodating Quick Start is willing to: A Preventative Quick Start won't:

Initiate/Insist

How you will act. Initiate or Insist is the extent to which you actively insist upon, rely upon or begin problem solving by using a striving instinct.

Respond/Accommodate

How you are willing to act. Respond or Accommodate is the extent to which you accommodate, mediate or cooperate through the use of a striving instinct.

Prevent/Resist

How you won't act. Prevent or Resist is the extent to which you prevent problems by resisting action through a striving action.
