Now Hiring: Customer Service and Help Desk Rockstar!  

Kolbe Corp is searching for somebody bright, hardworking and eager to learn.  Here’s the deal… we have amazing customers and your job will be to make it easier for them to use our products and, ultimately, live more productive lives.   

Specifically, you’ll join our stellar customer service/operations team to provide excellent customer service and support other departments internally.   

Kolbe is a small business that’s growing FAST, not a Call Center with a bunch of meaningless quotas to hit.  

  • Can you communicate clearly with customers on the phone or over video chat? Apply now.

Kolbe’s customer service and operations department is staffed with helpful, positive people who are passionate about solving problems for our customers and other team members. We love to promote within and people tend to stay around the company for a long time

So, what does Kolbe do, exactly? We help people discover and use their instinctive strengths with our powerful assessments and other tools. Your role is to make it easier for customers to take our assessments online, use our software more effectively, and connect with our amazing consultants, and Account Reps.

Requires 1-3 years experience in an office environment with customer service and administrative/project support responsibilities.
