Follow Thru Action Mode is based on the instinctive need to pattern. Follow Thru behavior deals with the way we arrange and design. Follow Thru drive is most oriented to such acts as arranging, coordinating, integrating, and implementing.




An Insistent Follow Thru will: An Accommodating Follow Thru is willing to: A Preventative Follow Thru won't:
seek order maintain order be rigid with plans
work sequentially stay in sequence repeat patterns
design systems work within the system stay boxed in
require focus maintain concentration go through the motions
establish procedures follow procedures get stuck in routines
force closure complete when necessary need a picture
provide charts fill in charts function by rote
classify by category maintain classifications act sequentially
arrange logistics adhere to the plan

Initiate/Insist

Respond/Accommodate

How you are willing to act. Respond or Accommodate is the extent to which you accommodate, mediate or cooperate through the use of a striving instinct.

Prevent/Resist

How you won't act. Prevent or Resist is the extent to which you prevent problems by resisting action through a striving action.
