It is with heavy hearts that Kolbe Corp shares the passing of Will Rapp, devoted husband of founder Kathy Kolbe, beloved father of our President Amy Kolbe, and an indispensable member of the Kolbe Corp team.
Will joined Kolbe Corp in 1991 and shaped this company in ways that are still felt every day. He served as an external Kolbe Certified™ consultant, a Master Consultant, and ended as the President of our International Division, capitalizing on his prior career as an international Banker in North and South America. It’s largely because of Will that Kolbe is used in more than 100 countries. He mentored countless consultants and colleagues with the insight, generosity, and patience that all who knew him will remember. As our preeminent Initiating Fact Finder, he wrote most of our early case studies and was our unofficial historian and grammarian.
But beyond all he accomplished, Will was simply a joy to know. He was a devoted father, grandfather, husband, a loyal Arizona Wildcats fan, and a true friend to so many in the Kolbe community.
In lieu of flowers you can make a tax-deductible contribution in Will’s name to the Arizona Assurance Program, a financial aid and student support initiative at the University of Arizona that helps low-income students attend college.
