It's not how smart you are, not your personality type at all. It's how you get things done when you do it the best; when you do it naturally.

2. Why should you compare Kolbe results?

We all have to work with other people. It’s important to understand the strengths of those around you.

3. Should you combine other assessments with Kolbe?

More information is a good thing.

Here's what I can tell you about any assessment, whether it's ours or anybody else's: It's never going to tell you everything you need to know about that person. I want you to use some other assessment, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, Predictive Index, etc. because it actually gives you a deeper view into that person.
