The Kolbe Corp Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Kolbe Corp and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Residents of any jurisdiction that prohibits sweepstakes are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) and ends on September 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
To enter, complete the Kolbe Research Survey in full during the Sweepstakes Period. Upon successful completion of the survey, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
One (1) Grand Prize: $250 Amazon.com Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250.00 USD. Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees, if any, associated with prize receipt and/or use.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 22, 2025 by Kolbe Corp, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the notification email and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Kolbe Corp, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Kolbe Corp, Amazon.com, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Kolbe Corp’s Privacy Policy, available at kolbe.com/privacy. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described in these Official Rules and Kolbe Corp’s Privacy Policy.
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Arizona without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
