Kelli Gift (5753) is an accomplished CPA. She is the owner of Striving 2 Thrive, in which she helps business owners hire and engage employees based upon the outcomes of the Kolbe assessment she administers. Kelli is a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant, administering hundreds of Kolbe assessments on an annual basis as a respected expert in the professional services industry. Kelli is also the Managing Partner of PaySmart Payroll Services in Mechanicsburg, PA and is a champion for small business.
Kelli believes in giving back to the community and is passionate in increasing leadership opportunities with students which is why she Chaired the local Junior Leadership Program (Leadership Cumberland) for many years. She participates in other efforts with her team at PaySmart. She is involved with her church, and the non-profit “Someone To Tell it To.”
