Jason Durant is an accomplished leader, trained executive coach, and expert in behavioral financial advice. He has over 25 years of experience within financial services at two global Wealth Management firms. In his current role at Scotia Wealth Management he is the Director, Practice Management. Here his team is responsible for the development and implementation of customized training and coaching support for leadership, investment advisors, and support teams. Our focus is to help Advisory teams and Leadership to develop purpose-driven businesses and deliver values-based experiences. His Kolbe journey began at certification in May 2020 in the first virtual program.
