She is responsible for many of the innovative, high-quality training programs Kolbe Corp provides for leaders, teams, and individuals, as well as the development of many new Kolbe products and solutions.

A visionary leader with a passion for all aspects of human potential, Stephanie is known for her practical approach to employee engagement and for speaking on topics that help others harness their strengths to enhance achievement and productivity — including headlining DisruptHR with a talk on how HR leaders can navigate the AI revolution by matching human conative strengths with machine automation. Prior to joining Kolbe Corp, she created her own strengths-based coaching and training practice, partnering with organizations pioneering in the art of talent development, and held a variety of operational leadership roles during a nearly 15-year career at Intel Corporation.

A self-described “Assessmentholic,” Stephanie began coaching and facilitating with CliftonStrengths and VIA Character before becoming expertly informed on countless other tools — and when she found Kolbe, “it was like finding the missing piece of the puzzle.” She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management science from Stanford University and an MBA focused on corporate entrepreneurship from Babson College, along with a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, a credential from the International Coaching Federation, and a Kolbe Youth Specialist™ Accreditation. A Certified Heroic Coach and Workshop Instructor dedicated to increasing human flourishing, Stephanie is also a recurring co-host and expert voice on the Powered by Instinct podcast.
